How do i get rid of this

    This keeps popping up I'm running a scac
    N with windows securely and nothing comes up but I still can't make this go away. I think it's bull because I don't even have mcafee

    Whatever you do, don't click on it, not even to get rid up it.
    Use Ctrl - alt and delete to shut down with task manager.
    Are you on the internet when this pops up?
    If so, is it on one particular web site?

    I have used ctrl alt before and never seen anything like this Usually there might be one or two things and I an end them

    Looking at the first picture, I see boffero dot com so I googled. It rides along with "free" software installed from questionable sites. You have to be careful where you get your downloads.
    I won't post links to sites because they want you to download something else to remove this.
    There are a few companies I trust to clean up an infection. Eset is one. Go here https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/
    and hopefully a free online scan will remove this.

    Do you have Malwarebytes on your computer? If so, and it is the free version, open it and do a scan. That should also remove the infection.

    I think I got rid of it I tried so many things I don't know which one o\worked, I think when i cleared the browsing data, cache and cookies but so far so good
