For the past 3 months I have been having memory leak problems but a quick restart fixed it. But now my pc has been having really bad problems with the non-paged pool being really high, even on start up my pc starts with 5GB in the non-paged pool causing me to basically have basically half of my RAM left available.

In task manager under the process tab or Details tab (Windows 10) right-click on the top column (Name, PID, Status, Username ect ect) and click on Select Columns in the popup box select NP Pool this will display all the processes that have non-page pool memory.
If its a Windows program like svchot.exe right-click on it and press Go to Service(s), This will switch the Task Manager over to the Service tab and Highlight the services in use. From there it will narrow down the possible cause. If its a 3rd Party program like Logitech or Nvidia it usually means a corrupt driver.

Its still a good idea to post your PC specs as Rich-M has suggested.
