    I am using a Laptop with Windows 10
    I am using "Paint Shop Pro 9". When I save an image I can't see PSP thumbnails on my Laptop? All I can see is this;

    I have the Folder option to show thumbnail but it still will not show them!

    That looks to me as if they are Paint Shop Pro icons.

    According to the knowledge base on Paint Shop Pro site, a corruption has occurred with the data base file.
    See if this helps and let us know.
    These are the instructions given....

    1. Open a Windows Run command box. (Hold down the Windows and 'R" buttons simultaneously)
    2. Type in the word: appdata into the Run box.
    3. Click OK.
    4. Open the Local Folder.
    5. Open the Corel PaintShop Pro folder.
    6. Open the folder associated with the version of PaintShop Pro.
    7. Open the Database Folder.
    8. Right click on the file called ImageDB.db.
    9. Select Rename from the menu and add the word OLD to the end of the filename. (eg. ImageDBOLD.db)
    10. Close the Appdata window and launch PaintShop Pro.
