I need to replace a couple of heat transfer pads that sit between the heatpipe and a couple of chips on my Dell laptop. I don't know the exact term for these. What are they called?

thermal rubbers, thermal gap filler pads, and I see other names on eBay. Looks like there's no one name for these little guys.

Looking on eBay, they also come in various thickness: 0.5, 1.0, 105, 2.0 5.0 mm.

I also noted that these pads come in a variety of colors. Wonder if that indicates its thickness and/or thermal properties.
