So I Scanned it so I can See the Lable.

I See it Says it is a SATA and 500 GB.

But I want to know if it is SATA2. and what the Hard Drive Cache is?

I Uploaded the Lable maybe somebody can See something I am missing.

    Thanks.

    300 MBPS is SATA 2

What are you getting at? What application are you dealing with?

    It's all confusing

    SATA 2 Speed
SATA 2, also known as SATA 3 Gbit/s, is the second generation of SATA interfaces and was released in 2004. SATA 2 runs at the transfer rate of 3 Gbit/s, with a bandwidth throughput of 2.4 Gbit/s (300 MB/s) which doubles that of SATA 1. In addition, SATA 2 introduced Native Command Queuing and is backward compatible with SATA 1.

Yeah, they all just say SATA. You have to do a web search for each hard drive model number to get its spec.
