    I have Win10 64Bit and a SATA2. Hard Drive.

It is a DeskTop Computer about 2. Years Old.

I Hear a Low Buzz or Humm from my Tower.

I go into DOS and Run
    wmic diskdrive get status

    And it just Says OK.

How do I know if this is my Hard Drive?

Could be a fan take the side cover off and stop the fans one at a time. If you still hear the noise then it could be your HD or power supply.
