My sister has an Android Phone and she always aks it for the Time and Facts and things like this and it Talks.

Now it just tells her the Time and some things but not like it did.

I even sit next to her with my Phone and ask the same things and my Phone will Talk and hers just brings back things to Read.

We did try to go into google settings but I think we got lost.

I do not want to do a Factory Reset on her Phone.

    What can I try?

Please give me step by step on what you think I should do?

    Thanks to everybody.

Before I go changing anything in her Phone I shoult tell you how it is Set Up.

She does not have it Set Up where she says Hay Google.

She just Taps the Button on her Phone ans says What Time Is It?

Or she Taps the Button on her Phone and says How Big Can A Rat Get?

Now it just will tell her the Time and maybe every other thing.

If she asks How Big Can A Rat Get her Phone will not Tell her it just brings the Article Up.

My Phone will just Read it and her did before.

She has an Android A20 Phone.

If I go into her Settings do I look for Google or what woul I look for on her Phone?

I think the A20 is a Samsung Galaxy model. I have a Galaxy phone but I've never used Google Assistant so I can't offer help. I also have all talking and notifications off. Basically I use my phone to call - not much else.
