I am using Windows 8.1 with 8 G's RAM. I have been trying to use the Mediabrowser software that came installed in my JVC-HD video camera and it sucks. Any ideas on a user-friendly editing and burning software program that is inexpensive and will convert .MTS files as so to burn on disc?

Thanks Cindy and sorry it took awhile to reply. I am looking at WonderShare (i.e. DVD Creator) and a few others. So far, it seems iSkySoft Video Editor is more like the Windows MovieMaker program. I like the features iSkySoft has as oppsed to the "drag and drop" type programs.
