Going From Admin. to Daily User

    I recently read it's safer while still using windows 10, to make yourself a Daily User and not be an Administrator. However I am not sure how this can be done, I checked settings, and I am presently the Administrator! Can someone possibly give instructions on changing it! Thank You John
