Gmail (password)

    Downloaded a back up of my Gmail account (json) later tried to login with the password I thought it was (Twice), did not work
    now get a message form Google that they will send a link to reset my password in 30 DAYS!!,had many emails to answer,will it really take 30Days,Looks like I am Snookered..yes?

    Try using the exact same device you used to last successfully sign in on.
    It will speed up the process.

    It is the PC I use all the time,But will I get a reset from link from Google,or is it just a generic answer message from Google? and nothing will happen,

    Thanks for reply,yes tried those just around in circles again,type in my Gamil addy,then forgot Password ,get code on my Phone,enter that,then message Will let you know in 30Days,I want to get to the page that asks security questions?

    Sorry, I don't know how to get to a page where you are asked security questions.

    30 days seems like a long time; everything I read says a few hours or a few days.
