What are all these full-screen color ads that are popping up every time I try to go to a site? It just began a few days ago and almost every time I go to a site I get one ad after another popping up.

Apparently it is a site I went to. A place called "Sewing Machines Plus". Big Mistake.

Is it only happening on that one site, Bill?
Did you accidently disable your pop-up blocker?

Looking at uBlockOrigin, optimizely dot com and shopperapproved dot com as well as Bing dot com are blocked.

When I access the site with my phone, I had pop-up after pop-up ads, all over the place.
Using my computer, which has two pop-up blockers, I didn't see any pop-ups or ads.

I do not recall this ever happening. And the ads keep on popping up when on other websites. I am sure I have pop-up blockers but do not know how to access them. Which ones are you using if you do not mind saying. And how do you turn them off or on? I am now using Google Chrome as default so it says in settings

I just downloaded Firefox 64bit for my w-7 since do not have a recent one or any. Is tha a better browser option? I used to use Firefox all the time but somehow switched to Google Chrome. Have a huge Downloads folder. Do I really need all these items?

Now I go to CHF and get ig ads for Honey and some others. Where do I turn ad blockers on or off in Chrome or download free ad blockers should I have none. Neverr used to get these except the last few days.

I finally found where to check ad blockers on google chrome and they are blocked.. Downloaded Firefox 83 also. Like to have several possible browsers. The above 1st line was supposed to be "and get big ads" Too late to edit.

    Install this on Firefox 83
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/

Wow, I used FF on my phone with uBlockOrigin installed and all I see are ads that I have to scroll through to buy something.
I then fired up Samsung browser and the same thing happened. I don't have an ad blocker installed in Samsung. The site looked no different with or without an ad blocker on my phone. SAD!
