Does the Xbox still see if and have access to it?

Could be that the format that the Xbox preforms is not recognized by Windows.

    Found this here

See if it appears in Disk Management. if so, you probably just need to initialize it, or assign a drive letter to it.

The problem is it was formatted using the Xbox and not a computer.

The computer CAN NOT read the Xbox format where the Xbox can read the USB stick that has been formatted by a computer if it is in FAT 32.

EDIT: May also be able to use NTFS

Also note that formatting the drive will erase it.

You said it shows up in disk management. In there, right click on it and format it. Remember, that will erase the the usb stick.
