I am getting this Error message on both of my PC's, one with Windows 10 OS, and the other with Windows 7 OS. It happens even when I type my website address into a search Browser, on OPERA or CHROME, or when I click on a Link to my Website on Social Media! ....I have never encountered this problem before!

Can you get to pages other than "my website"? If so, are you trying to ftp to "my website" or what?

Thanks! Yes everything else is Normal! It's only my Website address! I just happen to be on my facebook page, and I clicked the link to my website, and then got this error message! I thought it might be Opera browser trouble, so I tried it in Chrome but same thing happened! then I went over to my other PC and tried it there! Same result! Next I just tried typing my Site address into both Opera & Chrome search box's, but I got the same thing! ...Finally I tried it on my phone, and exactly the same message! Also I don't know if this means anything but I have a dual address website! two different web address's will open it! ...and I notice that other address is still working?

What is a dual address website? Maybe it means you have two different domains pointing to the same website.

Anyway it sounds like an issue the site administrator should address.

If no login credentials are normally required to view the site and you're getting that message, then Yes, check with the site's host.

If login credentials (UserName/password) are required to enter the site, talk to whoever is actively administering the site. If no one is actively administering it, then look to whoever created the site. One of them has the responsibility for access permissions.

I was negotiating with my Host for renewal, because they had raised to such an outrageous Price! and they still were very high! so I told them I might shop around, and suddenly my files were deleted! ...and I think it had to be them! because I have not used Filezilla in over a year!

If they did that before your hosting contract had expired, it was nasty.
