Any way to stop Firefox 5101 from showing a drop down list of recent sites history when back arrow is clicked???

    My FireFox doesn't do this.
    Check your settings.

BGBG, I'm not sure what you're referring to. Something you may want to try:
Click on the three small horizontal lines in the top corner of Firefos.
    Click on Options.
In the Privacy section, under Location Bar, uncheck History.
You may also want to set Firefox to "Not remember History"

Just copy these settings and you shouldn't have a problem:

I always find that a simple screenshot saves a lot of typing :)

That seems to have fixed it. This is a new version and I had not gone through all the options yet. Will do that now. Thanks.

Uh Oh...still happens. When R click the page forward or back button a drop down menu box appears.

In Add-Ons Manager I found backward forward History History add on , an Install button, but have not found a way to uninstall. Evidently lots of people like this. I do not.

I am sorry and apologize to all I may have offended. If I knew everything I would not have to post questions on forums in hopes of receiving a constructive reply.
