    UPDATE
The new version of this virus targets i.p addresses and not just websites.
Also avg does not always detect the virus but so far norton has detected them.

You can't at current due to the encryption key the only way to get your file decrypted is to pay them that's why you have to remove it asap

If you get this virus please unplug all usb storage devices and shutdown .
With a clean computer download hitman pro and create a kickstart boot drive.
To do this install hitman pro and select the kickstart icon button left .
Plug in a usb drive (blank) and follow instructions on screen.
Then remove drive when completed and plug into infected computer .
Boot infected computer from flash drive and and it will guide you through how to use it.
Because this program runs outside of the user accounts the virus can't load and therefore hitman can fully remove it
This is the best program I have found for removing them safely and quickly

I really wish I could say something that would bring them back but like I said the encryption is very advanced and with every key being different there currently is no was of decrypting the files easily.
Some brute force programmes may be able to but it could take years to find the key to decrypt them
