    i am constantly getting error message ,do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely.how can i get rid of this?

    We need more information. Does this happen with every page you are visiting or just certain ones. What internet browser are you using? Are you familiar with its security settings?

    Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security
    Select the Security tab
    Click the Custom Level button
    In the Miscellaneous section change Display mixed content to Enable
    Click Apply and OK
