I am running OS Vista home premium, Office 2007 and Norton 360. On Oct. 16th
I received 14 important security updates. They all failed to install
initially. A day later all but six installed. A day or two later all
installed except KB973636 an important security update for Works 8. Works
came with my computer, I don't use it, but if I do in the future I don't want
to worry about a virus etc. I agreed to the EUL & registered Works, but
still can't install the update. It seems everyone is having problems
installing updates this past week. I have tried some of the suggestions
given in this discussion forum but so far no suggest. Any suggestions?
