Email performance alerts.

Hi all,

I want to configure e-mail notifications like SBS 2003 on a Windows 2003
Server Std. I can configure manually a lot of performance counters but I want
to send by mail. I know I can create a scritp that sends e-mails (vscript)
but I don't know how I could configure this.

Coul you help me?

Are you asking how to attach a perfomance counter file to an EMail generated
by a script?

performance alert occurs.

You do this:
1. Create a performance alert item.
2. Under the "Action" tab, tick "Run this program".
3. In the box below the Action tab, type this command:
cscript / ologo c:\Scripts\DavidAlert.vbs

The script "DavidAlert.vbs" contains the code to send yourself an EMail
message.

I recommend you start your own thread and state your requirements clearly
instead of piggy-backing on to someone else's thread that is now one year
old.

I don't think the poster realizes his posts actually are being posted in the
Microsoft public newsgroups from whatever website he is posting from, and
that the newsgroups retire/expunge posts after 90 days. It is to his/her
