Email Login Problem

    I use an email account provided by a private company. Say, the email address is: azahar.ali@blabla.com. (Assume that the name of my company is Bla Bla company).

    In the address bar, I have to type mail.blabla.com to login to my account. A webpage appears. Email address and password are typed. But, after logging in, only old email of 2020 are shown. No email of current year (2021) is shown. How can I solve this problem?

    I have used some apps such mail ru. Using those apps, I cannot log in at all.

    Please help me.

    Hello, welocme and Happy New Year Nousher. It may be that you're logging into an old server. Check with blabla and make sure you're logging onto the correct web page.

    Or you haven't received any email at azahar.ali@blabla.com this year.

    No, this not an old server. In the year 2021, thousands of emals have been received. Any more suggestion?

    How do you know you have emails in 2021 if you can't log in?

    If all you're saying is true, I don't know what the issue is so I'll throw out some some suggestions.

    Maybe you're logging in on another computer. Maybe you're looking at an old cached page. Try another browser or clear the browsing history and cookies in whatever browser.

    Yes, it is logged in on another computer. That is why I know every day a number of emails I receive, and I have to reply to them. The problem is I want to log in on my android device. The cookies already been cleared.
    If cookies would be the problem, as I have installed some email apps in my android device, I could log in using those apps. But, still those apps couldn't help me in this regard.

    It sounds like you are not receiving the newer emails.
    Check to make sure they haven't changed the incoming port.
    Can you send email from this account?
    If not, they have probably changed the incoming and outgoing ports that are used to pop your mail.
