Downloads PDF As Firefox Document.

    Windows 7
    Have windows 7 and browsers Edge, Firefox, Chrome. When I download a document like a Tax Form it downloads as a Firefox document. Anyone know where to change or reset this?

    OOPS ! I found it. If I right click the file and select properties there is an Opens With and a Change tab.If I click the change tab I see where I can change to other browsers. Didn't try it yet but believe it will work. I do not know if it really matters.

    I just changed it to Acrobat Reader as this seems more correct. If not, please advise.

    YES - that was the right thing to do. Reader's main job is to open pdf files. Most browsers can open pdf files, but they don't always to it well, especially when it comes to printing.
