    Operating System:
    Windows 7
I have the Doro 7050 Flip Phone.

It has an Audio Recorder in it and it has 2. Settings.

    8.k for Small File Size.
    44k for Large File Size.

I make 2. Recordings in Both 8.k and 44k and take them to my Win7. 64 Bit System
And I open them in MediaInfo.

    And the 8.k Recording Says.
    Format : OGG
    File size : 6.46 KiB
    Duration : 6s 627ms
    Overall bit rate : 7 982 bps
    Writing application : Mozilla2.5

And when I open the 44k Recording in MediaInfo it Says.
    Format : OGG
    File size : 29.4 KiB
    Duration : 5s 297ms
Overall bit rate : 45.5 Kbps
    Writing application : Mozilla2.5

So I can see my 8,k Recording Says Bit Rate is 7 982 bps and my 44k Recording Says Bit Rate is 45.5 Kbps.

But 45.5 Kbps is Bigger then 44kbps.
And I picked the 44k Setting but Media Info Says it is 45.5 Kbps.

    What am I not understanding?
