Does Windows Media Player 11 Store Cover Art In The MP3s?

    Wondering since I tagged some stuff in my library that had no covers by dragging into the interface, which seemed to update the cover. But when I open the albums in MusicMatch 10 some of them showed no cover art. Also noticed some hidden files in the music folders. CoverArt_Small.jpg or something like that(forget, I'm at work right now).

    Does WMP11 update the actual MP3s? Or does it shove it into the library only like iTunes sadly does.
