Do I Need WinRAR?

    Operating System:

    I have a new HP 2000 laptop running Windows 8. I also have Kaspersky security software which is telling me I have a vulnerability with WinRAR. Should I uninstall WinRAR? My previous computers did not have WinRAR so that is why I ask the question about uninstalling it.

    Hi and welcome to Computer Help Forums.
    With Windows8 you don't need WinRAR as it has it's own unzipper.
    Uninstall WinRAR
