Do I have malware?

In a thread below you will find a complete guide to posting OTL logs which may be needed for our Malware Removal Specialists to fully diagnose your computer and help you get it disinfected. That does not mean that you must post these logs in order to get help and advice. If it does turn out that a specialist needs the logs it will, of course, save time if you have already done so.

If you are not sure if it is needed there is nothing wrong with posting your symptoms and asking whether or not it appears that malware is the cause before you go through the entire process. Not every problem is a result of malware.

Just post your concerns in the "General Malware" forum or choose one of the forums that relates to your operating system. (eg. Vista, XP or Wnidows 7)
