Disposing of Old Computers Safely

    I could not find a way to post new thread. Now I suddenly found it. Maybe I should have clicked the arrow at end of Forums to New Posts bar. Anyway it seemed to work so I will leave it here. I am getting scared to have old computers yet I am not sure hoe to dispose of them safely and am looking for suggestions. If anyone can help I appreciate advice. I never took one apart or worked on one. I have several desktops and a few laptops. Thanks for any helpful suggestions. I am afraid of someone finding personal information and causing me harm by using it.
    Now I cannot seem to make it appear again. Can anyone tell me how to find the "POST NEW THREAD" item???
    I used to see a "POST NEW THREAD" item and used it a lot. Now I cannot find it. Can anyone tell me HOW????
