Diagnostic Tool

    We have a pci SATA controller card with 4 USB Ports on a Windows 2003 Server.
    It's connected to a storage array unit using the USB cable. Were finding
    that copying files to the array using our backup software is very slow from
    what the controller card spec says. Is there an I/O diagnostic tool that
    would tell me the read/write speeds and performance of the card? A free tool
    would be even better. Thanks.
