My brother has had his computer email hacked into and I want to delete all my SENT emails to him. How do I delete ALL the sent gmails in my SENT folder on windows 7, just in case they can be misused? I have maybe 500 emails.

Once the email is sent, you can do nothing about it. What you have sitting in your Sent folder is just a copy of what went out.

You can delete your Sent mail, but that will have no effect other than removing your capability to see what went out.

I just felt like it was better to just delete them, copies or not. I have no idea what people can find out by hacking into computers and did not wast to take chances. So I deleted about 500 old sent copies of emails.

Maybe even if it is not unsafe I just do not like the idea of cluttering up PC with things I no longer need nor want.
