DELETING EXTRA EMAIL FROM INBOX IN GMAIL

    I have Google and gmail. I see there are 0-50 shown in inbox and 900 total. How do I delete all the ones I do not want, say 51-900? I cannot seem to find a way to do this. Anybody know?

    Never Mind. I finally have found out how to put a checkmatk in all the boxes and click DELETE.

    I think I got them all but the month of August. Just takes some persistnce.

    In Settings / General area, you can set it to display 100 / page. Now you can delete 100 at a time.
