    I have win7. 64Bit and an i3 CPU.
And I have a 1. TB SATA Hard Drive.

My Motherboard can have up to 8. GB or DDR3. at 1600 MHz and I know this is 240 Pin.

But I see a lot of people on the internet talking about how None ECC or Paridy memory will make the system run smother.

I thought you need Error Checking Code Memory or am I wrong?

ECC error checking RAM is for servers. Not really necessary on a home system. Also your motherboard probably will not accept it.

In addition to Gimbo's so right answer actually ecc ram runs slower than non ecc ram anyway.
