Getting phone calls saying my Microsoft Windows Computer License has expired. Is this some sort of scam???
I wonder how long it has been since my Nov 1998 Windows computer license expired? Never recall getting calls or messages then.

Anytime you get any kind of calls from Microsoft it will be a scam they won't call people you have to call them for help.I got one once and told him I didn't own a computer and he argued with me that I did I had a good laugh.Sometimes they can be very rude also so it is best to just hang up but I like to mess with them any way.

Ways to infuriate solicitors/scammers: Politely tell the individual "hold on for a moment please" & then put the phone down & walk away laughing. Distancing my ear from the phone & pressing different ring tones while talking to them. Start mumbling made-up words.

The scammers are also doing this with popups that freezes your browser.I had a customer call me yesterday unfortunately he called the 800 number and let them roam around his computer. When he said no thanks to there service they messed up his laptop.I will be picking it up this morning I guess I will have my work cut out for me.Just a warning to all that don't know about this it is a scam same as the phone calls from MS that aren't MS.Maybe we should put a sticky or a warning some place to alert new people as to these scams unless there is one and I missed it if so please correct me thanks.I love to watch people on you tube mess with these guys I feel the revenge I really despise these and all scammers.OK enough of my rant have a good day all.

I watch these guys get revenge on the scammers often.
This one is worth watching. What this guy did to the scammer had the scammer distraught.
    Caution: Some bad language.
