So i have had this problem for a while now. Whenever the Console Window opens up, it immediately begins spamming the Windows Libraries folder over and over again. I bellive its a virus i picked up somewhere, but any scans i do pick up nothing. The only way to fix the spamming is either Loging Off or restarting the computer.

Tell me what specs are needed and i will post them.

It opens copies of the Libraries folder over and over till it eats up all the RAM and crashes.

Are you on a wired or wireless network?
If on a wired network, boot to Safe Mode with networking. See if the problem persists.

OK. Then just try booting to Safe Mode. See if the problem persists.

It's hard to imagine how this could be an infection, as it's purposeless.

Does the issue occur in Powershell?

Also, when you open the CMD prompt, are you seeing commands appear?

It does not happen in Powershell. It doesn't appear to have any commands on it, however it is very difficult to tell, because it only stays open for a split second, before shutting down and spamming windows.

You may want to post your issue in the malware removal forum, but we can keep discussing the issue here as well. When you post in the malware removal forum, please reference this thread.

In the meantime, are you opening CMD, or is it opening by itself?

Are you experiencing any other software issues?

    What antivirus are you using?

Very well, ill see what malware forums are out there.

It happens whenever i open the CMD, or if a program opens it, for whatever reason.

Avast Antivirus. Im going to run a Boot-Time Scan later tonight. Ill let you know what the results are.
