How can I change Windows 10 lock screen time out? I've tried several different
ways but none seem to work. Any help will be truly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Terry

    Allheart55,
Thank you for replying to my question. I followed your directions but it didn't help. The lock screen is still set
for l minute(by default). I changed screen timeout settings and but to no avail. Is it possible to get rid of the lock
    screen in Windows 10 altogether?

    Thanks,
    Terry

Yes there is a way to disable it completely but it does require a registry edit.
If you don't know your way around the registry you could farkle your entire computer.

Look under Additional power settings and then on the left for
Choose when to turn off the display
    Change when the computer sleeps

Check both there may be a setting there that should be able to change.

allheart55: I don't know my way around the registry so I will not attempt to fool with that. Therefore, I will list what you suggested at
the beginning of all this. I went to SETTINGS, opened PERSONALIZATION, selected LOCK SCREEN on the left pane, clicked screen time settings and than configured how long my Windows 10 screen turns off and how long my PC can go to sleep. After all that, the changes do not work and the lock screen went right back to one minute by default. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you,
    Terry

It may not be saving your setting changes, so try this.....
    Click on Additional Power Settings.

In the new window, click on Change Plan Settings.

    2.png
Change - Turn Off The Display to Never and click Save Changes.
