It all started when i turned on my computer one day and proceeded to type my password. When clicked the first letter 4 random numbers and letters appeared. Now my CPU wound up whenever i do something in my browser. I open task manager and it shows 6 or 7 instances of my chrome.exe Can anyone help?

    Hello and welcome Keiferino.

Before we sent you to the malware removal forum, try to reset Chrome. Go to the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
    Click on Settings.
Click on the three horizontal bars with the words Settings in the upper left corner.
    Click on Advanced.
Click on Reset and and Clean up.
Click on Reset settings to their original defaults.
Read the notice and click on Reset settings.

    See if that works.

If not, post in our Malware Removal forum at https://computerhelpforums.com/forums/malware-removal-help.59/
