Cannot Open Or Save Files With Certain Programs

Hello,

for quiete some time I'm expieriencing problems with loading and saving files in Windows. This applies for lots af programs: all office programs (my solution copy old files, clear them, save them - which works (!), change name, copy 1000 times) and lots of other programs. The only ones that do allow me to open files are those with an older looking save-open program. (if this exists). It's very frustrating because every time you press open... load... save... or even save, it won't work. I even expierienced problems with saving downloaded files through IE, firefox is the only program that allows that sort of things...

I am not at all sure I understand the issues you are presenting. What we need to see or have explained is what you get when there is a problem. The screenshot you posted is not helpful in identifying the problem since, as you say, it is showing something that is working.
