I'm having a terrible time opening things here on the forum. It's taking for ever to open every thing.
It's so slow, that it times out and I have to click on it again. I'm sure it's not my PC because I'm only having the problem here. I can attach a screen shot if you like. Is it because I'm new ??
    Thank you!

I don't see anything wrong with your settings Gary but is anything else slow as we are having such terrible weather in the East I would bet other sites are suffering also.

Rich where I'm at I'm at about 50% of My Internet speed because of the weather. And a lot of people are sitting at home so a lot of traffic you know.

Capture48.JPG Hi Rich! No just this site. Had a Java pop up, so I dumped it. That didn't help. Will try to capture a screen shot! Notice the 3 bars in the right corner. They just keep flashing and then I have to click on the item again. some times takes 3 times before it works.
I don't know friend. It seems to only be here on this forum that this is happening!

I did notice it is loading a bit slower on my end using Chrome, but it loads fairly quick, just not as quick as normal.

I w3as having alot of trouble with recent Firefox browsers Gary for slowness on the internet. Even Pale Moon which is a Mozilla browser mI had to give up on my All-in-One as I found that was my whole slowness issue. I have been doing better with Waterfox, also a Mozilla browser I have been using now for about 5 months. All Mozilla brwsers wilkl take the same plugins and addons incidentally.
    https://www.waterfoxproject.org/
Remembering I had a lot of issues with most browsers buty especially Pale Moon on Windows 10 upgrade. When I reinstalled and did a clean install of 10 that all went away except for Firefox and I was having slowness on all forums as I remember. Remember if you do Waterfox you have to load Java and Flash Player into it and one or the other was a bear and I think that was Java.

I have had that a few times here in the past. Clearing cache/history and a reboot might help. Another thing you can do is try IE I am using that now and it's ok. If it's ok on IE you may have a corrupt FF profile and I would uninstall and reinstall FF. If you do reinstall it remember to also delete the base folder in Users/ "user"/app data/local/Mozilla. I remember that from when I was using Firefox years ago.

It's loading fine for me, just not as fast, but no errors. Then I don't use Java and never will.

Ok I will try copy and paste. It's very difficult to post back here as it now took 4 times to get here. I refreshed FF and tried different search engines. It is even worse now. Will try Copy and paste!
