    I have a BLU G71 Android Phone.

About 6. Weeks ago if I go into my Contacts and Tap a Number to Call it opens.

Then I Tap to Call it it starts to Call it then Hangs Up.

If I do this say 3. Times it goes through.

Some times it never works and I have to restart the Phone.

Some times if I Dial the Number by Hand it does the same thing.

I want to tell everybody it can be a Family Number or a Store or anybody.

    Any Help?

Contact your cell provider. What do they suggest you do?

My cell provider tells me to turn off the phone and turn it back on.

Like I say some times it works but a lot of the time it does not.

I do not have any Games and that many Apps.

I do not use it for more then Banking some times and Listing to PodCast.

Is my BLU G71 to old?

    It should not matter.

Does this happen everywhere? I'm wondering if it's a signal strength problem which you only see when you're in an area with a weak signal.
Also if the carrier is overwhelmed with calls, strange things could happen. So if this happens only during certain times of the day, like at rush hour when everyone is on their phones, that may be caused by your carrier.

It happens everyplace and any time of the Day.

We both have the same Plane.

My Mom has a Flip Phone and hers is ok.

There's the answer. There's something going on with your phone. The only thing you can do is to make sure it's up-to-date and restart it. If that doesn't fix the problem, get a new phone.
