I have a DeskTop PC with Win11 and it has 2. Memory Slot with 2. Memory Sticks of 16 GB.

My System can go up to 32 GB of Memory.

I was going to But 2. Sticks of 16 GB of Memory.

I use the Program called HWINFO 64 to find out just what Memory I have and this is what it says my System Specs.

    CPU i5-10500
    Motherboard HP-8717
    ChipSet Q470 Comet Lake PCH-H
    Memory DDR4-3200 / PC4-25600 DDR4 SDRAM UDIMM
    ECC No.

Will I be ok with this Memory?

No, memory prices have increased so that is not bad.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I do have one thing I wanted to ask about the Report I get from the program HWINFO 64 about my Memory?

Under where it says Memory Modules it says Size and give the Memory Size for the stick I have.

Right next to it it says Clock and it says 1600 MHz.

Now under where it says Motherboard it says ChipSet under that it says BIOS under that it says Memory under that it says Size under that it says Clock 1329.9 MHz.

So what is this Clock telling me?

Is this telling me my MotherBoard is Runing my Memory at 1329.9 MHz?

If so why does the other Clock under Memory Modules say 16000 MHz?

I Uploaded a ScreenShot of the Report.

    DDR - Double Data Rate

    1600Mhz x2 = 3200MT/s (not MHz)
Here is a rather long article on memory. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR_SDRAM
I believe you take the 1329.7 x 2 that gives you (rounded off) 25600.
    From Amazon
    A-Tech 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz UDIMM PC4-25600 (PC4-3200AA) CL22 DIMM Non-ECC Desktop RAM

So where it says Memory Modules 1600 MHz this is telling me what the speed of my Memory is Rated at.

Then under Motherboard where it says Memory Clock 1329.9 MHz the speed the Motherboard is Running the Memory at.

    Do I have this Right?
