    I have Win7. 64 Bit Home.

Everything is good but for about 2. Weeks or so if I Switch User Accounts I get The Blue Screen Of Death.

Say I am on my Limed Account and Switch to the Admin Account witch is my Account.
I get the Blue Screen Of Death and it Auto Re Starts the System and everything is ok.

    I ran CHKDSK /R /F
I go into Event Viewer and everything comes up ok.

I do know they say to check your Drivers are up to Date.
But if I go into Device Manager and say pick a Device and Click the Driver.
It always says it is up to Date.

Is this the Right way to do this?

Let's look for a clue in the Admin events.

Right click My Computer on the desktop. Go to Manage. Click on the Event Viewer. Open Custom Views and check out the Administrative Events.

Ok I just checked the Administrative Events.

On the Right Hand Side it is all Blank.
    What does this mean?

Try doing a System Restore to before the time this started.

You can get to System Restore by right-clicking My Computer on the Desktop. To to Properties and select System Protection. Then click on System Restore. You may need to click on the Show more restore points option in the lower left corner to find a suitable restore point.

The best way to update the driver is to go to the manufactures site and download them form there. The way you are describing it will get the drivers form the Microsoft site and we all know how well they do drivers.

Doing a System Restore will not delete or change your documents. It will however delete any programs and some settings that were installed/changed since the restore point was made. You can select a restore point and see what programs will be affected before doing the restore.

Your drivers can be found on Dell's web site. Do to the support link. Here's the URL https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/?app=drivers&c=us&l=en&~ck=mn

Enter your service tag number and it will display all the driver for that machine.

My System Tag is Dell Insperon 660.

But I did try to get the Drivers for my System last Year.
And I always have trabble looking them up.

Do you think if I Install all my System Drivers again it will fix my Blue Screen Of Death?

Ok I set up my system so the next time I got The Blue Screen Of Death it would stay on screen.

It just says a lot about if this is the First Time Restart the System
If you Installed New Hardware or Software check it.

If it happens again tell the ADMIN.

I thought this is what it would say.
Years ago on another system I got this and it never tells you what to do.

If the files don't exist then setup your system to record them
    1. Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
    2. Click on the Advanced tab
    3. Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
    4. Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
    5. Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the drop down box
    6. Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
