Blog And Gallery Software Updated

The blog software has been updated to the newest version. If you have a blog already make sure to visit the blog control panel in your usercp to turn on the new features if you wish to use them.

For anyone that wants to create a blog when you visit the blog you'll see a create blog link.

I also upgraded the gallery software. There are some new options available for it as well. Make sure to check the gallery options in your control panel.
