Hi and welcome to Computer Help Forums.
Why are you doing a factory reset on a new Computer.?
All you seem to be doing is messing it up more.
I suggest if it is new as you say, then send it back under Warranty.

You shouldn't get this on a new computer. It can't find an operating system (OS). The OS is on the hard drive. Just something to check - disconnect any external hard drive or USB flash drive you may have connected when booting your computer.

It's custom made - and because I love fresh starts on computers

I will try that but now there is just a black screen - I can't get to the BIOS

If you're using a wireless keyboard, don't - use a wired keyboard. Also try different USB ports for the wired keyboard.
