Bad Services?

I have a large list of Services (you know, that list you see on the Services tab on the MSCONFIG program) and I have no idea if some of them are bad. I tried to disaable all of them but that made is so that I could not get online. I am wondering if someone who knows more that I do can see something in my list that does not look right. That is a lot (I have a lot too) but note the stopped ones are not hurting anything.

I recommend you reboot, then look in Task Manager > Startup and see what is starting with Windows. If you see any apps that you installed, consider going into those apps setup menus and (except for your security programs) disable any auto-update programs. If you don't need them starting with Windows, disable that feature too.

The only things I have installed (didn't come with Windows) do I want starting with Windows are my security apps, my temperature monitoring program, and a couple other things I always run every time I sit at my computer.

For example, do you use Adobe products every time you sit at your computer? How about your HP scanner?

Beyond that, like IJAC, I don't see anything that looks malicious or bad. They just don't IMO, all need to be running with Windows.
