Arcade ?

Hello----Just stumbled upon Arcade. Did not know it was on this fourm. (It's rainin ---have time to kill.)

I have Satilite server (Hughes.net) Which has the FAP. I did exceed my ussage once and I'll tel ya----THEY SLOW you down,WAY --WAY down---for 24 hrs.. Way,Way,Way slower than dial-up. There is no warning tell'n you are close to exceeding your limit

So my question ---If I play some of the games, is it going to get me closer to FAP much faster than just surfing the Web?----gunnner

 

Perhaps it is just my recent return to the States that accounts for my ignorance but what is FAP. From the context it seems to have something to do with limitations on downloads but otherwise I have no idea and a quick google didn't help.
Ahh, Fair Access Policy, just reading about it now, how have you been affected gunnner? These arcade games are not going to affect your usage much at all but I am interested in the affect of this policy.

 

FAP-----Fair Acess Policy---Limits your acess--ie. you canot watch vidios--etc.. all day long---I don't exactly how much time is allowed---I will try to find out---but I think I tried to long ago---could not.---gunnner

 

OK---Found info on FAP---Threshold is 200 mb


From 2 am to 7 am is free time---time will not apply towards your plan threshold---(so I can use the Arcade then with no time going towards threshold.)

My ussage today from 7 am----download--18.44 mb----upload---.41-----no vidios etc..

Gunner our arcade will have little or no effect on any bandwith restrictions so feel free to enjoy. It is sort of like fat free yogurt!
