ANY DESK program

    How do I get rid of an Any Desk Program that appeared on my laptop lower right corner tray ? I closed it but how do I remove it?
    Also something called ULTRA VIEWER appeared on desktop.
    These happened after I got a phone call and someone took control of my computer. I went to Control Panel annd am trying to remove them. Any advice is appreciated.
