Speaking of unwanted pop-ups - when I try to print a pdf file on my computer (W8.1) another pdf file keeps popping up even though I have deleted that unwanted file. Any solutions? Thank you.

I moved your post because since your question is actually quite different from the original thread subject you could not get the right help in that thread and it is not fair to the poster for us to go off on a tangent resolving your problem.

Does this occur in an internet browser or a file saved to a documents folder?

With reference to my pdf popup problem. Deleted all my saved pdf files and that seems to have worked. I was able to print out what I wanted to print in the first place. Thanks to all.
