Suddenly a window opened up called AMD VISION Engine Control Center. I have never seen it before and I think it automatically opened. Does anyone know what this is??? What should I do? There is a green button that says "Start" at top.

You can just × out of it Bill.
That sometimes opens when there has been an AMD driver or software update.
    It's nothing to worry about.
