After attack of viruses Windows Update produces an error 403

Help, please!!!
On my computer System Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
ver.2002 Service Pack 3. System licence. After attack of viruses at site
visiting Microsoft Update there was a message:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied

At visiting of the site of Microsoft for restoring absence of a file
was clarified LoadLibrary (c:\windows\system\wuv3is.dll) . When I have
opened a folder *in it there was no file.*
If the text is written not by "live" language - excuse, as I write
through the translator.
Thanks all who will accept a fate in the permission of this
problem.

NB: If you had no anti-virus application installed or the subscription had
expired *when the machine first got infected* and/or your subscription has
since expired and/or the machine's not been kept fully-patched at Windows
Update, don't waste your time with any of the below: Format & reinstall
Windows. A Repair Install will NOT help!

1. See if you can download/run the MSRT manually:


NB: Run the FULL scan, not the QUICK scan! You may need to download the
MSRT on a non-infected machine, then transfer MRT.EXE to the infected
machine and rename it to SCAN.EXE before running it.

2. WinXP => Run the Windows Live Safety Center's 'Protection' scan (only!)
in Safe Mode with Networking, if need be:


Vista or Win7=> Run this scan instead:


3. Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting requested logs
in an appropriate forum, not here.

RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST AND HAVE GIVEN NECESSARY REFERENCES.
I checked the computer and and Hijackware and the utility for check by
infection of a virus from a site Microsoft. They have detected nothing
in my computer.

On my computer costs *Live OneCare*, off-schedule *Tune-up has detected
nothing*.
It has been made earlier, than I have read your message, and yesterday,
during dialogue in Skype someone who have not named on behalf *of
campaign of Microsoft *has rushed. He has demanded, that I was
immediately routed to the specified address as my computer is infected
by viruses. On this site after check of my computer to me have informed
that* I should pay *money* for cleaning of my computer from viruses.

At further attempt to visit Microsoft site, *all windows before me were
closed *also to me informed that my computer is infected and for me
pages are closed.
Today IE showed in windows instead of frame figures on all sites.
At attempt to restore system by means of breakpoints of restoring of
system, it was clarified that all breakpoints have been deleted.
Reinstallation IE has not helped even. *Restoring of the register* from
a backup copy which I have made when the computer worked normally has
helped.
*I am grateful to you for involvement which you have accepted in
solution of my problem*, but, most likely I should reinstall system.

See #3 in my first reply. You're going to need assistance from an expert in
such matters.

Microsoft PCSafety provides home users (only) with no-charge support in
dealing with malware infections such as viruses, spyware (including unwanted
software), and adware.
