    The short answer is Yes.
    It looks like the main files/Folders have already been removed and these are leftover registry entries.
    Typical PUP entries.

    Is it ok to install the "Hosts Anti-PUP/Adware" program that ADW Cleaner promotes?

    I personally have not used that tool option, but i can explain what it does. ( if that helps)
    Simply put... it extends your hosts file to include the sites that offer adware so that your system can't access them.

    Xplode does have full instructions on his site for using this tool option. ( but it's in French)

    What i do to translate a whole page.... is to use IE and then when on the webpage i right click and select Translate with Bing.
