I use to get the Free Avery Labels online and Hand Type Addresses on them in LibreOffice Writer then Print them out.

It is so Time Consuming the more Addresses I get.

I know I can make an Addresses Data Bass in LibreOffice Writer then have it Link to it and Print just all Envelopes.

The videos I watch on YouTube for making a Data Bass is way to hard.

I there a free program out there that will let you enter Addresses over and over and then it will Print Envelopes with all the Addresses?

I had one years ago but I forget the name.

    Thanks for the time.

    I did find this video

What do I do if I want to Add more Addresses?

I try to make a page Break then do the same thing on the new Page but it does not seem to work.

Please tell me step by step what to do?

    Thanks.

To print addresses on envelopes from a database in LibreOffice using mail merge, you can do the following:
    1. Select File > Print
    2. Click Yes to print
    3. In the Mail Merge dialog, choose to print envelopes for all, some, or one address record in the database
    4. Make your selections and click OK to print

Well what if I only have say 5. Addresses?

I think there is a way without making a Data Bass?

I see in LibreOffice Writer when I click Insert Envelope and fill in the Address of where I want it to go to right to the right of this is a Tab that Says Data Bass.

So if you have a Data Bass it will pull all of them from that.

As you know I do not want to make a Data Bass or Mail Marge.

Right under that it also says Table.

Does this mean I can make a Document with a Table in it of one Cell under another Cell and just put all my Addresses in them?

Then have this pull it from that Table?

I hope I asked in the right way?

If you don't want to make a data base, then you have to label each envelope individually. I think your video showed you how to do that.

If you're going to do a bunch of envelopes (such as Christmas cards), a database would work nicely.

Here's a different approach. Let's say you send letters to a certain individual with some sort of regularity. For instance, you send the IRS an estimate tax payment quarterly. You can make a Libre Office file that will place the address and return address on a single envelope. Then save the file as "IRS Est tax envelope". You'll have to play around with the spacing of the words so that they show up correctly on the envelope, but once you have it, you're done and can use the file again. Also, you can now use that file as a template for other addresses. Using the IRS Est tax envelope file that works nicely, change the address to the PA Department of Revenue address. Save the file as "PA Est tax" envelope.

I do know I can just make oe and save it then open it and change it and save it with a new name.

Then I will have a lot of them saved.

I want to know after I click insert envelope and enter my information then go to where I enter the persons information to the right of it I see Use Data Bass.

I know if I click it I can load a Data Bass.

Right under where it says Use Data Bass I also see Use Table.

Would this be a regular Table?

I can make one Table Cell put the persons information in it then put another one right under it and so on.

Then it will pull it from the Table or is this not what it means when it says Use Table?

    I did watch this video

When he is doen all the Addresses are on on page just spaced down one under the other.

Can I make a Data Bass like that just open a blank page and type my Address on it then go down say 2. spaces then type a new Address and repeat over and over and have a page of Addresses?

Then just save this as my Data Bass?

A database would be another part of Libre Office.
Best to just experiment until you find what works for you. Maybe someone else here can help you.
