Your Vista is not original Vista.
    Hence it needs COM Surrogate.

Maybe you should have Googled for the answer. It doesn't say that Vista is
    not original. Check again.

The community waste management team is interested in you. They will send a
truck over to pick you up and take you to the dump

You think that's fun, you should check out Mac OS X error messages! They
    make no sense at all!

You should see Hewlett-Packard logfiles coming with HP laptops, if you dig
    into their hidden folders.
    They have entries like:

Notice1=Compaq Installation Assistant (CIA) configuration file
Notice2=Used by File Based Installer (FBI) during the original setup
Notice3=of the software on this system. This file may be deleted
Notice4=with no impact to the operation of this system.

Not only the CIA seems involved, but also the FBI........

    you're an idiot, are you?
Instead of an answer you send people to search for an answer.

You fill the Newsgroup with animosity & snobbishness, if you got nothign to
    say except gibbersih, shut up.

  12. I believe it to be NERO or Cyberlink since the error
just happened after I replaced the CD drive
    then installed this movie called
Starship Trooper 3 as well as Nero 5 or 6.
I'm running 32 bit WinXP like programs on this 64
bit machine. Had some odd problems doing this.
16 bit programs will only run under an emulator
    like DOSBOX.
NOTE: Why in heck does Microsoft not include
fax program with every Vista ??
I had to buy a third party program like essential fax
to have fax in Vista 64 Home Premium.

The error I mentioned is rare and does not always
    happen.

If things would settle down for a few years
we all would get these bugs worked out of windows.

Bull****, moron! If this were true you'd have better punctuation and
    grammar skills.

I'll bet it took all of your brain cells to come up with that. Remember
    your IQ hovers around 15.

I'm in Newark and Hunt's Point twice a month. Might just be worth it to
track your moron ass down, but that'll never happen because, aside from
    being a moron, you're a worthless pussy.

You don't want to waste energy to track him down. Just think. You would
have to visit all the bus stops in the city and every Taco-Bell! Not worth
    it.
