      <content:encoded><![CDATA[One of our servers went down earlier this week and I&#039;ve been trying to replace it. However the realtek drivers I download aren&#039;t working my the network adapter. I have ruled out any hardware problems. <br />
I&#039;m running on an ASUS M4A785M board with a Realtek RTL8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit adapter. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So I&#039;m watching this series of video on windows 2008 and I&#039;m using virtual box to basically follow the video to learn windows 2008. However I hit a wall right off the bat at installation. <br />

There is a part where you set up your DNS server so it said to make the IP static, so I enter <br />
IP: 192.168.0.2<br />
submask: 255.255.255.0 (auto one)<br />
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1 (I check my router for this)<br />

And no internet access. Idk what to do coz the default gateway is what it say on the router, even...<br />

we have several windows 2008 servers x64 at different locations.<br />
All have the actual patchlevel with sp2. Mostly there is one DC with <br />
additional terminalservers.<br />
In general we have printing problems on all machines with different <br />
printers.<br />
The real problem is, that the printers on the terminalservers often go <br />
offline and the jobs in the queue will hang up.<br />
Then we must restart the spooler first on the printserver (DC) and then <br />
restart the spooler on the terminalserver.<br />

I&#039;ve got an intermittent printing problem on my Windows 2003 server.<br />
Users running Windows XP Pro send prints to the print queue, but if the<br />
printer is out of paper, the prints sometimes just disappear. No errors<br />
